Gates Roofing Company did an outstanding job replacing the roof on my house. The process went smoothly and everyone involved was professional and courteous. Brandon Bailey, the project manager, was exceptional. He was always easy to reach, happy to answer questions, and kept us updated on what was happening each day. When a couple of hiccups came up during the process, Bandon helped find solutions quickly and made sure everything was taken care of and we were satisfied and pleased with the results. Overall, the work quality, professionalism, and Brandon's hands-on management made this project a success. This was a five star experience for us and we highly recommend Gates, and especially Brandon, to anyone needing roof repair or replacement.

We used Gates for a full roof replacement and we are so glad! From the first meeting, we were impressed by their professionalism and work ethic! Jameson and the whole team worked hard to argue for a full replacement - something we weren't sure would actually get approved, but they got it approved! The roofers did great work and cleaned up the giant mess really well! We haven't found a single nail or other remnant from the replacement. We are so glad that went with Gates and not one of the other companies! We are convinced that Gates is the reason we have a brand new beautiful roof! Thank you Jameson and everyone else who helped with our big job!

I had such a great experience with Gates Enterprise! I called on a Monday, and by Thursday they already had a crew on my roof. Dylan was my rep and he was fantastic, responsive, helpful, and super knowledgeable. He walked me through the insurance coverage process and made everything easy to understand. The team did great work, finished quickly, and left everything spotless. Highly recommend!

Clancy, was the best, very helpful and willing to work on getting our job done right. He was there checking on the progress of the roofing and the painting and making sure the clean up was done the way we requested since we have dogs and didn't want nails left in the yard. He was very nice and was always willing to answer any questions we had. We will be referring our friends to Clancy. THANK YOU for the great work.

Gates Enterprises did an incredible job on our roof, and I can’t recommend them enough, especially our project manager, Marcus Montoya. Marcus is one of those rare people who treats your home like it’s his own. He was professional, attentive, and on top of every detail from start to finish.
What really stood out was his communication. Marcus kept us updated at every step, checked in constantly, and made sure we felt taken care of throughout the entire process. The quality of the work shows, but the experience working with him is what really made this project stress-free.
